Dear AIDS Control Society can you provide the detail of blood bank who are not using Elisa techniques in their Blood Bank specially in Uttar Pradesh.
Its major concern please provide the detail as soon as possible.
Because work done on the paper as i had seen some blood banks only Rapid cards used in blood banks.
This is also Govt Blood bank.
Please do the need full its very easy to transfer savior diseases.
