cool workers......and also the youngsters that empty garbage trash bins during graveyard shifts!! kudos to them to have a unique 'spirit' in doing their job!! and its most effectively done at night, without interfering with day time traffic etc. just that my pet 4-legged still doesn't realize that he needs to stay silent without barking! ah all in a dog's day after all!
but wish all areas are considered the same......certain areas and bins get treated very differently, wonder why, 'may be "the art of politics" gets in and interferes with everything btw!!
