Pathetic broadband service in Villivakkam \ Subramaniapuram area. Charge the customers for approx INR 1800/month for a service which keeps dropping and the upload\download speeds are simply disappointing. No wonder no one is interested in using their service in this vicinity and move to Airtel or competition, which offers better plans at the same rate.

Pathetic is an appropriate word to describe service. Had a BSNL line with a 4MBPS + 40GB DSL connection at Chennai which was as expensive as another 40MBPS +150GB connection from Airtel. The line always dropped and had no one to attend issues in time. Finally had to raise a complaint to the Central Minister to get some attention. As issues repeated, cancelled the connection and only received 50% of the initial deposit back! So much for a government service provider!!
