BSNL

BSNL ,in spite of tough competition, have learned no lesson. They still lives on legacy. Mobile Network of BSNL is defined as BHAGEAN SEBHI NAHI LAGEGA.
Land line is the only thing which works, Today Airtel is giving tough completion with combo plan (Landline with Broadband). Most of the employee one can find the Ladies with 55 plus and hardly they are punctual, has no desire to retain customers and address there problems, Shifting of my phone took from 1 exchange to other exchange took 15 days. How will BSNL will make profit.

I am using BSNL mobile and landline for the past 13 years service is better compared to other private service providers. I am not able to link my mobile and landline in the service portal to change the plan for my convenience.

I generally agree with the views expressed by others on BSNL. They have to improve fast to catch up with private service providers. Otherwise they will loose business. As a retired central government officer Iam continuing with BSNL LL and BB. Needs quick improvement in rendering service.

I endorse the views of earler participants on the customer service of BSNL...I am keeping my BSNL number only for the sake of old friends and relatives since I am having the number for the past 35 years.The IVR system of booking complaints is OK. You will get an acknowledgement saying the work has been assigned to Mr..............After two days you will get another message complaint has been resolved without attending the fault. Making complaint to higher ups (DGM of the Zone level) will not elicit much response to solve the problem. If you say the other service providers give better service and immediate attention of faults, you will get an advice "switch over to them you can retain your number!!! I am used to this situation because we are Indians and still hope attitude of BSNL administration will change in the due course of time

BSNL, I am using their landline for the past 30+ years, their customer service was worst, but now they improved a bit. But it is too late, other private players are reaping good, due to unresponsive and lethargic attitude of staff ( almost like Dept of Post). Because of this unresponsive attitude I cancelled BSNL internet Broadband service and switched over to private IP. A lot to be done...lot and lot to be done to survive!!!!!
