Just try getting a new connection, use it without complaint (exorbitant rates they charge, unexpected charges, poor quality of service, etc. etc.) for 6 months or try disconnecting your existing connection!? You will be fed up with the level of loot in the name of service and bureaucracy!

After a great hesistant BSNL decided to gives us the connection...after waiting for 10 days.. continuous follow up and screaming etc,. are they not interested in their business? no one interested in doing business. alll theya re willing to close down the departments....
