Above comment of Mr.Aiyer is absolutely perfect. They raised the rates almost 3-4 times in last one year and services have been degraded by 3-4 times. It's gone to dogs..pathetic..worst in the country. there is no accountability at all. The only good thing is the call- centre, but it's good for nothing.
This should read BESCOM and NOT BSNL. Feeback for Bescom: Very high prices for very poor quality (Voltage fluctuations from 146 in day time to 456 at night and frequent outages) No action taken on such complaints
