Worst service. I sent/lodged 2 complaints about wrong billing under docket No 1K181460422 on 18/11/2016 and docket No 1L091419527 on 09/12/2016. I also escalated the same to pg_pune@bsnl.co.in and pgmd_mah@bsnl.co.in on 0912/14 and 14/12/14 resp. No cognizance.

In Pune Div viz Model Colony the service is very bad.For the last five year's I have been after them to change the underground cable near my house so that my Broadband quality willbe improved andlandline also works better.But no action.For Mobile you dont get range in the house.No accountability of responsibility,work
