In airtel connectivity is good in my area Mehrauli. This connectivity issues is good for calling but bad in sending messages and internet. In area around Nehru place and South city Gurugram, Haryana is very bad. We can't call or receive incoming calls, there is no tower signals in my mobile in these areas. Four months ago there was zero internet access in my mobile in every place Delhi. Airtel called me several times to increase my bill plan and my bill plan went to 500 from 199 . They don't give anything in writing.
For the last couple of months, beginning march 2017, connectivity is a big issue in GK 2, N Delhi. Complained on 121 . Engineers came who informed that 2G connectivity is good but 3G & 4G is bad ???? & will be rectified by May end. Nothing happened. Again against call in Jun, was informed that connectivity is a issue n will be resolved by July end. No improvement in situation. If this continues, no option but to switch to JIO which will be cheaper even if connectivity issue continues. AIRTEL should realise this threat. Dr Singhal, EX Sr VP, Reliance Infocomm.
I have Airtel GSM connection in the area of GKIII of Indirapuram GZB and there has been issues with the network quality since January'2017 which has been notified to Airtel. Initially they did the survey and claimed a time of 3 months to improve the network quality but no one reverted since last more than 6 months. While as a subscriber we did not take the advantage of migrating to free services rendered by RJIO during this period while Airtel kept a unilateral approach and kept sending the inflated bills.
Based on my first-hand experience I can say that some of Airtel’s systems are designed to cheat Customers of their money. And Airtel’s Customer Care Service provides lip service only.
While using iPad lots of ads and scheme come up . One such free Samsung 6 was awarded and money Rs250/- was to be transferred which wanted me to transfer the funds thro' mobile then I did transfer to 9989922422 and the funds were not realisable hence I moved to 9849110898 whereupon they realised the money and kept quiet without forwarding promised Samsung6
Internet Service provider. Trying to promote 4G, when even 2G & 3G services are pathetic, esp since 3 weeks, inspite of repeated complaints. Frequent disconnections in the middle of doing something serious like bank /credit card transactions.
Airtel Services is one of the service providers at a huge cost to consumer.They deduct and play with customers' balances as they please. They remain hidden and never come out for contact. If you try and contact also, the staff reply and behaviour are terribly bad. This is one company which lives on publicity and goes on deceiving the customer. One should never involve with them. You can never get any guidance from them, except taking away your money.
