Any time incidents like the one on Tuesday happens, I feel ashamed of our city and even more so when it happens with a foreigner. I fee ashamed of our country.
Can we please discuss how this group of professionals and AAP supporters help Governments in making Delhi and NCR safer for women.

ngo will reach later. ladies to be trained for few acts to protect themselves under spl circumstances. it is not martial arts. it can be taught in schools as well. existing NGOs to be stonger on these cases. more

This problem cant be solved only with police or punishment. No doubt these are very vital things but our society must change their attitude towards women. Two or three bad elements tease a girl in front of many people and nobody even take notice. We must raise our voices against this. we have to make it clear that this will not be tolerated any more. If this attitude be made then you can see the change very soon and in an effective way. more

Dear Ms Vnita Agrawal, According to my knowledge there is no NGO which may be absolutely dedicated to the cause of Women's Safety. Many NGOs have taken it on need basis i.e. they would raise their voice or make demonstration on the happening of any brutal incident. No NGO has come forward to protest against the rape of foreigner ladies like the one happened on Tuesday in Paharganj area of New Delhi. If it is agreeable we can unite to form a dedicated NGO on women's safety. I can make aims and objects of the association and we can apply for registration of the Association.
