Will this plan is ideal for Ganga cleanship mission

Will this plan is ideal for Ganga cleanship mission.basically how it became dirty and un acceptable situation.it is because we the people respect GANGA as "GANGA MA". but we realy donot keep it clean.
so let us have warning for all who through litters.
2. there should be watchers , volunteers, policing, reps for city council, reps from temple administration all should work in unison.
3. all industries dumping effluent to be fined heavily.
4. all liters to be fined heavily.
5. all the fines so collected to be used for the up keep of the city, the river in general.
6.all the venders to be checked for possible pollution. what all the NGOs to do is to be monitored constantly.
7. train students for the social service.
8. issue the with merit certificates.
9. all GANGA users may have to pay more for the water which WILL go to subsidize the cleaning operation. etc etc

We need to find out the causes which pollute the water of river Ganga. The root causes have been identified. Huge infrastructure facilities first to provide those facilities, like sanitation system for all. Waste water from the town, villages & factories are being dumped in river water. It is require to have system for cleaning the effluent water before dumping in river or this water can be used for watering the agriculture land. This will require huge expenses for having those facilities. Expenses can be partially charged from the factories, releasing that water & those will use for cultivation of land & other purposes. After having those system in place, awareness, strict administration, vigilance & necessary action to those violator, will prevent the river water getting polluted. more
It is a good idea. Cleaning concept Notes to be obtained experienced Consultant. If any mistake in the concept lot of money will be wasted.Cleaning of Ganga is the vision of our PM. DPR is to be prepared by a consultant and it is a big project for which time and finance and Human Resources are to be estimated. All citizens of India should support for the good cause. State Govt /Pollution Control Board to see that no more Ganga river is polluted further till action plan is prepared. G.K.Naidu, Hyderabad more
Dear friends, Am not sure if a conceptual model has yet been mooted for cleaning Maa Ganga. So, I would like to put forward a concept here, which can be taken forward if everyone including experts likes it. What I propose is dams at minimum three strategic locations. Perhaps, Tehri Dam can serve as the first one in this series. Next dam could be before Kanpur and the last one in before Varanasi. At each of these strategic dam sites, we need to set up massive reverse Osmosis type systems to clean up the water. In this model, flow will not be obstructed as we can think of a least obstructive dam model but the temporary storage will simplify the cleaning process. Once we have this system operating, we'll have a process for continuous cleaning and manpower won't be needed as this would be fully automated process. Thank you, Anurag 9811113087 more
Yes. No investment from any sector is needed. WE have to serve for our selves. However there should be one monitor who has to guide in a friendly move to do all these and to begin some protection to the volunteers may be needed. Jai Ho unite together joined hands will do wonder. I respect this view and my whole hearted support will be in this. bpsarathy thanjavur tamilnadu more
