Why Delhi Police does not report to Delhi Government?

Ys it is a fact that in most of the cases of negligence in duty by the police they go scpt free. It is a fact as such no cause of comtempt. V r free to expess our views. That is freedom of speech given by our constitution. more
What AAP is doing in Delhi has never been done in past. Our CM is real life "NAYAK". He is taking every possoble step to give us good governance. He will certainly do wonders. I wish him all success. Shri Romesh Gautam Ji, Probably if our system would have worked, there would not have been any problem in the country. As an example, lot many judgements are being pronounced every now and then on the wrong investigations by the police but whether Supreme Court or High Courts have asked to investigate the conduct of police officials for wilful wrong investigation. Lot many judgments of District Courts/High Court are better not to be commented and still no adverse remarks in the judgments. I have also failed to understand why "criticism leads to perfection" does not hold good in the case of judiciary. Now the time has come to adapt reformative measures. I do not know whether any of my above comments amount to contempt? more
Police officers responsible for not performing their duties should be taken to task. The enquiry should be conducted in to the whole affair of transfer and posting of SHO's and the role of DC'P's other senior officials including the commissioner of police. This should be done by some supreme court judge. Most of them have assests disperportionate to their known source of income.
