who will change their character ?

If we see the life of delhi's slum cluster , I think it is " ok" with in the capacity earning and whatever the government has given minimum facility by providing plots or ready made flats. Do you know, most of cluster dwellers sells them in a huge price and find another roadside juggi temprorily to get entry of another cluster . Why so , Is it their right to chit govt for making money or whatever they mind they can do ?
Pl. impose law not to sold the flat or change the ownership in 100 years ! more

Sounds like CPI/CPI-M, what they did in Bengal and not allowed it to develop. Every govt has given land to these slum clusters, but happened?
They sold it and consumed it in alcohol and created cluster at another location. The slum clusters have only grown.
It is not the time to protect the govt PSUs, what was being done in last 50 years. It is a global economy and to develop, there has to be a healthy competition. How much HAL has grown? LCA project started 34 years back is not yet available for our military. Its a very right initiative to involve the private sector (with controls) into defense sector. That will improve the quality of the products available for our military, but also be cheaper than imported ones and create lots of job opportunities for our own people.
People need to broaden their thinking.
AAP seems to be very good party to play a lead opposition, but are they really capable to run the administration and at the same time lead to the development of India!!! more
Article 39 clause (a) says that that the citizens, men and women equally, have the right to an adequate means to livelihood; [Means to livelihood is not supply of subsidized food or freebees; but opportunity to earn a decent livelihood. Unreasonable price of essentials cannot be controlled, compensated or countered by providing subsidies using public funds] more
Dear Shiv Avatar Agarwalji,
I appreciate yr comment.
This practice already started long back by Modiji in Gujarat.
Farmer's land snatched and given to Adani @Rs1/sqm(today in one news channel file record it was again shown, Adani accepting receiving land @Rs1/sqm or even less in Gujarat). This happened when Modiji was CM of Gujarat. Now he is the PM, so he is now free do this exercise anywhere in the country.

True, All these efforts just end up in the hands of mafia. Dwellers selling the allotted flats is already beyond any legality. Who monitors? Who is the authority dealing with this? It is not in the dwellers' capacity to bypass. The corrupt officials allow all fake allotments and further mishandling. more
Let me ask them why this happens? Who is responsible for this. Many mafia
are involved in this scheme having links with higher politicians and not
with weaker sections of society. more
