Where have all the land alloted to Multinational ITeS companies for IT parks gone

It is interesting story how the land alloted to multinationals for setting up IT enabled services are put to use. A simple google throws into light mega land scam.We need a CAG audit into this.

The very first allotment of 1 acres of prime land on ShahastraDhara road in Dehradun was made to Florida based Multinational ASTRA BUSINESS SERVICES at a throw away price on with a big public function by big announcements by the then CM Shri N D Tiwari( Plot no 21 ). They announced a job for 1000 locals and informed that they had already recruited 250 persons.

Now read the list of current users of the plot.http://www.siidcul.com/Portals/0/attachments/LOA_ITPARK.pdf

Plot no 21 is not with ASTRA but one S M Professionals and used as a accounts training centre. most of the space is rented.

How did Astra change to S M professional ? Very funny? S M Professional Services is a chartered account firm of a couple MUKUL AGARWAL and SHAFALI AGARWAL based out of Vasant Vihar. Mukul Agarwal was the CFO of the company Astra at the time of allotment in 2006 and wife Shafali is the current CFO. See them in Linkedin. How did this happen?
Now Mukul Agarwal is Director of DASSAULT SYSTEMES in India.

The mystery of vanishing ITeS company replaced by
commercial hub. And then we keep acquiring farmers land in name of development. more

It will be unjustice with honest empoloyees who do their duty honestly
without taking any bribe and devoted to duty with full heart. So for the
sake of God pardon them to call all corrupt. This will heart them and they
will start corruption. more
Every body in the office, is corrupt is neither true nor possible. Yes,
more may be, but not most or all. Some demand bribe, some harass people
for offering bribe, some do job but not deny the bribe and a very little
will do the job and deny the bribe who are the back bone of complete system. more
In the city of Kolkata, salt lake, and other suburbs you will find rampant use of government land for private use. No one even thinks it illegal.
Most roads are necessarily used by pedestrians, since the walkways are either occupied by hawkers, garbage dumps/filth, private gardens, private business, etc. etc. Driving becomes hazardous and prone to accidents.
Even within local markets, the shopkeepers dump their wares/products on the walkways, making them so narrow that in case of fire chaos and stampedes become a reality. Yet no action by Fire service personnel, why?
No political party, including the TMC in West Bengal, will think of initiating this change, because this itself is a huge task and badly affects their vote bank. more
In India land grabbers have not only grabbed others land ,but lands of water bodies are also not left causing low under water recharge and also water shortage problems. Only making money is the prime cause and there are short sighted acts and their own next generation will not water for them to use in their daily use. more
Here are reputed politicians when informed of illegal construction or occupation the action taken were to ask for share of amount gained through that occupation or construction. In such cases whom to report. This tendency of illegal construction are turning good houses(so called) are being changed into graves for living (normally graves are for dead) . more
