WHAT IS THE WAY TO GET INFO

Department of education has uploaded some false & defamatory statements about me in reply to some of my grievances registered PGMS portal website (password protected) . Uploaded reply can be seen by filling my grievance and other details. I tried RTI , wrote to higher authorities but no relied on/supporting documents provided by education department, as the documents do not exist in reality.
Query-1
Can this amount to a defamation in public domain? (password protected)
Query-2 As RTI and other pressure tactics are not producing any result, how can I compel education dept. to reply me.
Query-3
If defamation is not possible, what other legal action can be initiated against education dept for furnishing false and defamatory information about me in my organisation.
Please advise. more

Being a RTI activist, get the information through RTI and if sufficient proofs are available, file defamation case. more
In case the Education department is not reply to RTI information and you have all exhausted channel and you are not satisfied with the reply of the Education Department , you may take up the matter with Chief Information Commission. CIC will ask both parties and after listening the arguments of both parties, he will give you the decision. After the decision, Education Department is bound to give reply and you may go to the court for defamation on this very basis. Now it is upto you to decide. Ram Yadav more
It is difficult to comment on 'defamation' without reading the statements. If you find these defamatory, file a case. Let the court decide whether ir indeed defamatory or not. more
Mr Sunil agree with you and others democracy has provided everyone to do whatever they can without any accountability. My suggestion will be Send your letter to concern authority then copy to director education, Secretary education, Education minister, Chief minister and PMO(Prime Minister office). Sit back wait for 4-6 weeks and let us know the impact. more
Its the beurocrates which is root cause of all problems, these government servants are out to loot general public by hook or crook and they have gone so deep that uprooting them is hard, but not impossible. We all need to work through electing right people and making them to work to make all the government team accountable. I learn that these beaurocrates also help in corrupting the whole system..... which need to be uprooted in collective manner JAGO BHARAT JAGO more
