Water Supply in Delhi - Key Issues

IT IS THE MORAL DUTY OF THE GOVERNMENT TO PROVIDE BASIC NEEDS OF THE COMMON MAN AT A AFFORDABLE RATES WHILE KEEPING IN MIND THAT MOST OF THE CITIZENS ARE EARNING AVERAGE INCOME WITH LOT OF SENIOR CITIZENS WHOSE RESOURCES ARE LIMITED TO SURVIVE. more  
The solution lies in connecting all households with water pipes. This holds true for all metros. Water supply should be metered and not supplied free of charge. If the consumption of each household is not more than 5,000 litres it should be charged a concessional rate. more  
My submission on water supply in Delhi is -Provide Pure drinkable water to all resident of Delhi .Like electricity water supply service may also be bring under PPP mode with multiple service provider to give an option to resident of Delhi to chose the best one. more
