Voter Slip via SMS/Mobile
मोबाइल से मतदाता पर्ची (Voter's Slip) sms से निन्न प्रकार देख सकते हैं.
ECI <10digit epic no.> को 166 पर भेज दे.
इससे आपको एक sms प्राप्त होगा जिससे आप अपना मतदाता क्रमांक और मतदान स्थल का नाम जान जाएंगे. मतदाता पहचान पत्र, पासपोर्ट, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, पैन कार्ड, बैंक पासबुक ,फोटोयुक्त परिचय पत्र ,पेंशन प्रपत्र ,आधार कार्ड , मतदाता पर्ची , मनरेगा जॉब कार्ड ,स्वास्थ्य बीमा smart card, एनपीआर स्मार्ट कार्ड, mp /mla को जारी पहचान पत्र में से कोई एक पहचान पत्र लेकर मतदान कर सकते हैं .

I forgot to mention one thing. You will need one of the photo id's along with the printed voter's slip or any other method. I used Aadhar card for that purpose. more

Hmmmm...the method you tried is the oldest and worst...I also tried this yesterday and then they could not find my name and then asked me to call 0120 number which was always busy. Anyway, that was just to try because I had the information via a different method. Here it goes...other than the method you and we all normally tries... this time I thought I will try all the other 3 methods I knew to test this...The methods were: 1. To go to website: http://164.100.180.4/searchengine/SearchEngineEnglish.aspx and then enter my EPIC/Voter's ID card number. I did this about a month back. I then took the print out of the Voter's slip. Strange enough this site is not working today. You can also try: http://electoralsearch.in/ I tested this today and it works perfectly fine. and enter your EPIC number to find the details. There is another option to search as well based on the name and other details. 2. You can SMS to 166 as per the details mentioned above. 3. You can install the recent App named 'ECI' released from Election Commission of India. You can then use one of the options in this App and enter your EPIC number to know your voting booth etc. Out of all the 3 methods, in terms of how fast you can get the information: Method 2 is fastest and easiest, then method 3 and 1 may take about the same time but method 3 may be easier than 1 but that depends on how familiar you are with Mobile Apps and Internet websites. But let me tell you, none of them is slow and all of them can be tried via your mobile. So, you don't need a PC for that. In method 1 & 3 you can save the voter's slip PDF on your mobile. So, you may not need a print out as well. That's my 2 cents regarding finding the Voting info. more

Regarding "This service is not registered with us" message, I too got that but that was because I wrote EPIC. This was incorrect. You were suppose to send - ECI . The EPIC number if your voter's ID card number. more
