ot only Pension should be stopped ALL other benefits that a Government employee, whether working or retired should be stopped. It is high time that Government takes stern action against defaulters. I would also say that those who are responsible for stopping and controlling these miscreants should also not be given any increments or promotions or transfers to new locations. Since even these people are not doing their job properly. The Judges who are undertaking these cases in courts, should be given just 1 month pr person to finalise the matter and award punishment where necessary, apart from making them pay the loot to the Government. It is unlikely that Indians will understand the consequences untill such drastic punishments are awarded. Further such punishments should get awarded by concerned officials without going to Courts. In case any persons wants to protest against the punishment, let them go to court themselves. more
