There are many crooks other than Vijay malya. They are in the country . Public do not know their names also. Public is being penalized in the name various charges to compensate the loss and enabling themselves to give such loans again. The names of the people, who have stolen thousands rupees of public money, are not even made known to public with the reasons best known to them. The names of officers who have approved and processed those loans also not made public. But if you make one extra transaction you will be charged. These GPA also will be regularized with public money. great. more
