unprofessional behavior from schindler lift.
we got a 4 person lift installed 4 years ago. after giving amc for 3 years we overlooked or did not pay amc. the lift had a problem and the response was that they would not come to correct the problem unless an amc is taken even if we agreed to pay the visitation and correction cost. This is highly unprofessional and future buyers should keep this in mind before buying from this company more
It is always better to give AMC to the company as there are others who take AMC with lesser cost which has its adverse implications.If so please do not play with the life of residents of your society. more
It all depends on the terms of the agreement gone into by you & Schindler. more
