Harassment by IGL

IGL has incorrectly linked my father's mobile no. with 100+ BP nos. problem is that with each bill generation, each payment, each service message by IGL, all such SMSs are sent to my fathers mobile no. Even reminder for payment also comes in the same mobile no. He has got frustrated.

I complained at IGL customer care, they said since it is linked with so many BP nos, it can only be done with back end, so they asked me to send mail to customer care. I send it first in the month of March, 1st week, and thereafter reminding them every 7-10 days. No action has been taken so far. And now i am totally frustrated by inactiveness of these enterprises.

Any other way, in which i can force them to take action. more

Is there any option on your father's mobile phone to block calls/messages from the particular IGL number? more  
yes, i applied it at last, but still even blocked messages appears once telling message from blocked list. more

Others didn't because of circular has been issued by locals and according to the circular, everyone is a criminal unless proved innocent! more  
I have two BP nos. When second was purchased, Vodafone no. Of my wife wa registered. Thereafter on surrender of that no. I had requested to forward bill to my mobile no. But sometime bill comes and next month again probably bill goes to previous no. Staff never finishes the work at one go more  
Please pay a visit to Vodafone outlet; they'll sort out your problems.... more  
IGL customer care indeed has a casual approach. Visit their website and find out the contact details (email ID) off a senior officer and write to him giving details of your interaction with customer care. That should help. more  
I am also not getting either through email and / or mobile alert for Bill payment more
