Under Billing in trade
Some of you have written to us to take up this matter. Apparently, many manufacturers, distributors engage in under billing or supplying goods without invoices to retailers and the same continues to end customer.
As a result, the whole supply chain evades taxes. We would like to invite your inputs on the various issues/examples on this matter so we can drive policy and systemic changes.

Tax rates are on higher side secondly return in investments made are much less initially hence the process of under billing is followed. Also inflation is shooted by heavy taxes All this lead to avoid/evade tax. The solution can be simply :- the process for benefits receivable from govt. must be simplified and during establishment period of initial three year some exemptions must be automatically give after registration more

There is a common practice to get recruited at potential post at all levels on paying amount in lacs of rupees n then to cover this amount corruption is taken .so first need is to establish system where no money is required to pay for recruitment more
