A high level corruption concern has been dumped by the politicians/media. Hooda regime in Haryana got every thing from this department. But now neither the new BJP Govt. nor the media are concerned about that major corruption scandal done through TOWN & COUNRTY PLANNING department of Haryana state. more

Dear brother Mhinder Singh Chaudhry ji, it is a joint venture. It was a election jumla to make all of us fool and to take vote and forget it. No body is serious as all are bathing in same pond. more

It is very disheartening to see that all suggestions sought by this platform has gone waste and it is easy to note about town planning of all Indian cities and regulatory Board is not at all heeding to requests. First of all, Realtors are increasing only to loot the people and to violate the basic rules apart from making hefty money in bargain. All the unfinished projects of apartments, gated community villas, individual apartments are all done in with Joint venture to lure the land owners and finally letting them down. There are no laws to prevent this white collared day time robbery and crime. Many of the apartments are still lying vacant and just beside the same building, the sky scrapers again bloom - only to spoil the land and people. Please implement the strict rules for Builders and Town planning Authorities must be sensitized about the need of environmental friendly rules to adhere without corruption. It is an endless vows and that day would be happiest day when the Power of freedom is utilized in appropriate way by the Rule implementing Governance. Hoping for the better days ahead. more

I agree in to to with Chaudhary Sahib that the corruption in TCP / HUDA, a deptt. which comes under TCP is at the top. none of the governments either it was the congress or the present self acclaimed honest one does not want to check it, since it gives golden eggs to the politicians, If there is corruption on this it is the TCP which comes at the top more

its there every where and every body even me are accepting though we are not going against the law but we are in general accepting it as service charges....please note that an apartment has 20-40 houses and he pays less than the 20-40 individual house owners do....please educate these people.. more
