Time to contribute to AAP with funds

Dear Friends....there is very little time for us to make a difference. AAP needs all we can do....and that includes funds...if nothing else may be to prove that elections can be fought by people's contribution also...thats a great statement for the Swaraj we all want to see.....so folks do not hold back...it is now or never!!! lets contribute......as much as we can.....we all spend a lot on so many things otherwise too...A contribution to AAP might be more precious and useful than that extra shirt in our closet or a meal at a good restaurant. Thanks for considering... more

I entirely agree with you, Mr. Ravi Gupta. I am surprised at some of the comments posted here. Some I suspect are BJP plants. Their language betrays them. Or, they might have never understood AAP's policies ever, in the first place. As a fairly experienced person in Management and a lifelong student of the same subject, I can tell AAP's 49 days in Govt. is a Case Study in good governance. With just a bunch of rookies running that Govt. In my lifetime (stretching to pre-independence days), I never ever saw corruption come down in this country. It was always up and up. For once, AAP brought it down MEASURABLY and anecdotally. Whoever heard of policemen stopping to visit markets and traders to demand Haftas. How come touts disappeared from the Transport offices ? How come medicines reappeared in Govt. hospitals ? How come Water Tank mafia was shown its place ? Etc. etc. All this has been reported not by AAP, but by independent NGO measuring transparency and papers like TOI, which are not exactly friendly with AAP. To me, this singular achievement (of reducing corruption) is more than sufficient to prove AAP's credentials to run a Govt. These 25-45 years' old bunch of fresh starts achieved what seasoned crooks of Congress and BJP could never achieve anywhere (Gujarat included). Yet, Goebbles like, they parrot that AAP does not know governance. To them, Governance means in 49 days, they should have done their "settings" with the bureaucrats and learnt all about the loopholes through which they can suck tax payers money ! Just like Pramod Mahajan, Yedurappa, Sheila Dixit, Kalmadi had done. As if this was not enough, just examine this. Disappearance of the Lal Batti and VIP culture. Does anyone remember that just a few months before the Delhi elections, Parliament, many Assemblies and the great Municipal Corporation of Delhi were clamouring for increasing their VIP stature and perks. It didn't take AAP more than a week to demolish the entire British Raj era edifice. Does anyone realize how many crores are being saved per month just on account of this. Because the Police does not have to make a "Bandobast" every time a criminal or a joker travels on our roads. When did you ever hear of the complete survey of toilets and water facility of every Govt. school in Delhi in such a record time and corrective action initiated. I can go on and on, but I realize it is futile to expect a nod from the seasoned Harsh Vardhans of this country to acknowledge that AAP outshone them all. There is only one sentiment they have; that of Pique and they will continue repeating "AAP does not know Governance". I wish they were to take off their blinkers and see objectively. The Amarya Sens, the Rajmohan Gandhis and Rajiv Bajajs of the world would not have been applauding AAP's vision and achievements. more
SANJAY GUPTA JI, STUBBORN MINDED PERSON CAN NEVER BE SETTLED AS NORMAL PERSON. I ADMIT IF ONE IS EDUCATED & CAN NOT ANALYSE THE FACTS, HE/SHE, INDEED, DID NOT MAKE HIS/HER EDUCATION MEANINGFUL. SUCH PERSON WILL FAIL IN MAKING FAIR DECISION IN HIS/HER LIFE TILL HE/SHE IS READY TO ANALYSE THE SITUATIONS & THE FACTS AS WELL. SO, LET SUCH PERSON LEAVE ON THE HANDS OF THE TIME. TIME HEALS EVERY WOUNDS. more
