TII demands high level enquiry into alleged conflict of interest in relation to undue favor given by Chief Minister Smt Vasundhara Raje and Smt Sushma Swaraj to Mr. Lalit Modi.
TII also demands that the Government must come out with a transparent policy for appointment of standing council for the state and legal council for the Governmental departments.

Dear TIL, disappointed again, you really want to do something or just want to be seen to be doing it? If you start issuing terse press releases for every such act, there are millions of those. If you really are serious, you would rather be concentrating on systemic corrections like the conflict-of-interest law. Time & again you have failed to live up to the expectations that your name raises. more

BJP is vitiating the very premise of corruption free and scam free transparent governance by supporting tainted ministers. Modi should deal with venal politics of its own party men to restore the faith of the general public. Shielding shady ministers will send wrong signals and taint the image of the country. Unless one is prepared to sacrifice positions one can not realise the great Indian dream. All poll promises of clean governance may simply a shenanigans and red herring of the Modi government. Modi must break his silence and clean the augean stables. Caesar's wife must be above suspicion. BJP should deviate from the style followed by UPA. more

In India, conflict of interest is never considered corruption. Unless bold actions against mighty Satraps is taken, it is going to haunt Modi Govt for long time. His zero tolerance policy is at stake and can cost next election. more
