You are in Delhi. I know people who take "quotation" to get the money back though unlawful methods. They have an a-la-carte menu. Let me check with the local "collection agents" if they have a network in Delhi. They usually break couple of bones or make him eligible for "differently abled" pension for the rest of their life. Dear Suman, You have teach them a lesson by filing a petition in appropriate Consumer Forum. I did teach a lesson to a trader for charging extra while swiping a debit card. You too can try the same. more a days..this is a common problem! All tour operators are facing liquidity crisis hence they offer postponement of the tour plan for 1 year(if you have booked a tour) that case you should accept this offer, else tighten up your sleeves to fight a long consumer battle! more
