New Fraud by some Airlines
1- You Booked Flight 3 months before travel day at Lowest Price of Rs 4300.
2- After that, Airlines will cancel your Flight just few days before your Schedule.
3- Now You have to book same Flight on same day for Rs 10000, and You will definitely pay as in case of Family urgency or event.
Airlines make more money !
Will the regulators and aviation ministry take action?? more

This is where IndIa has to learn from other countries, like US. If they cancel a flight, they accommodate you in another flight at the same cost. Not only airlines, wherever the company ( supermarket, hotel etc.) is at fault, they take it upon themselves to ensure the comfort of the customer. more

Indigo has been doing it for years. About 5 years ago, I booked a flight one month in advance. I selected a flight that had normal luggage allowance but I could not get prefferred sea, so I checked for next day when the seat was available, so booked it. But about a week before I got the nessage that if I need to carry luggage, I need to pay extra charges.... which were more than the flight ticket. So I checked to find that while the previous day had normal luggage alliwance, the next day which I had booked had zero luggage allowance. Because there was still one week for the flight, I checked if I would have now booked the flight, what was the condition... and to my surprise, the same flight had normal luggage allowance. Means that had I booked it one week in advance, I would hav had mormal luggage allowance but because I booked it one month in advance, I was penalised. I sent a complaint on email and got a call from Indigo. The female who was talking to me appeared convinced but was helpless due to Indigo rules. Cheeters, really more
