Thanks for the action Mr. DM for acting in my complaint in circle friday last week. its brave of you to categorise garbage dumping or burning as public nuisance and fine plus imprisonment of 6 months.
my only question is who will arrest such offenders. Was any action taken against the offenders who are nicely enjoying fire heat by burning garbage?

No change in many sectors in Noida. You can catch hold of any Rag picker and ask him the way they all burn the garbage as a mass activity in different places during odd hours. more
