Sometime back I had posted in this or other circle about IQ and psychological tests for candidates a start up is about to hire.

Are there any tests like that or rather apps these days which will help judge an employees basic capabilities. more

Unless you have included the psychometric test, you can include it.Regards From: Ajay Dutta To: gksarkar_1954@yahoo.co.in Sent: Friday, 25 March 2016 9:30 AM Subject: New post "Tests for Start Up Employ..." in [Start Up/Doing Business in India] more
I have a friend who has been working on this solution, if you're intrested can share you the details. Share your contact details to santosh.elias@gmail.com. more
I carefully read and examined all the comments posted earlier. I agree with almost every point made and the only thing I have to add here is, before going out seeking tests for prospective employee base, it is critical for any organisation, especially a start-up to introspect and understand its own identity. Lay down the values and the culture of the organisation, how you define success or failure, and the kind of environment you would like to bring in the work-space. Once you understand all this, attracting the right talent and retaining them should be a breeze. This will also foster an automated self-development environment and work culture for all your employees - from the VP to the receptionist. more
Although, the suggested test methodologies are useful, nevertheless, I would like to suggest to innovates their own on the job tests according to the nature of your start up. This would test the applied knowledge and skill of candidate. more
