Tele-shop ez Mall selling inferior quality underweight quantity goods
ez Mall is showing very good quality Walnuts at very competitive price on its Dish TV advertisement channel. I ordered 2 kg of Good quality walnuts and paid full money including delivery charges. However, I was given 1 Kg 750 gm of black colored rotten walnuts on 26th April 2020. I immediately sent an email to ez mall with pictures of walnuts received (Attached herewith) pointing out the problem and also called their call center several times (case no. C-2145246). But more than one month has passed, no action so far. (The Sub Order No: 4375929 and Case No: C-2145246 Placed on: 24-04-2020) . Can the authorities help me in getting either good quality 2 kg walnuts (Old rotten walnuts will be returned) or refund of my money. more

Dear Anoop Ji, Many thanks for very good suggestion! I think now I am left with that option only. I shall contact my Advocate friend and send an notice to ez Mall. more

Simple notice will serve the purpose and amount will be refunded to you. Before that please send them an advance notice by yourself giving the complete details with photographs of relevant documents ending with that as no option is left but to take the matter to the court of law and Court Notice will be sent in due course. more
