Sufferings due to Notorious, dishonest Businessman, owner of ABHIJEET GROUP of Nagpur & Ranchi

The company started in 2006, did huge money laundering with loans received from State Bank of India and other 21 banks. He got loan of Rs 10,000 crores by showing leased Coal Blocks got from State (Mr Arjun Munda, ex-CM) and Central Government (Mr Sreeprakash Jaiswal, ex-coal minister of Congress Government).

Without doing even 50% of the Projects, he got next installment of loans of the same amount. After that in the end of 2012 he closed company and did not pay 11 months salaries, Income Tax, PF of all employees.

How BJP government in centre and Hemant Soren CM of Jharkhand are sleeping on these issues?

I do not know when these cheating practices will be stopped.Unless cheaters are seriously fined and jailed , our country and people will not be developed. How Depts /Govt are approving the companies and no control by the departments G.K.Naidu, Hyderabad more

Mr. Mukherjee You need to mail letters to PMO, Media, etc. Seek an appointment with PM along with his minister. Definitely light shall be there at the end of the tunnel. Modi and his team shall definitely ensure justice is done and crooks are behind bars. Jayalalitha CM of TN. How smartly she was avoiding jail term. Subroto Sahara ..... How he is spending time in Tihar jail. Many shall follow above because Modi does not have anything to lose but to ensure the ordinary indian gains and the country progresses with jobs for the youth. more
Dear Mr Mukherjee. NEED TO HAVE BJP GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL FORUMS. It is really sad to learn how Rs 10,000/- Crore of rupees are being swindlered by the company in connivance with the people in power who ought to have been behind bars by now. But alas. this is India where the have nots have to wait for justice till their death sometimes. This is the justice of our highly spoken Justice delivery system which is working at snail's pace. POWERS GOES INTO THE HEADS OF THOSE WHO OCCUPY SEAT OF POWER AND THEY START THINKING THAT THEY ARE THE GREAT. THEY WANT ALL SORT OF VVIP TREATMENTS AND PERKS BUT NO RESPONSIBILITIES. WHETHER IT IS LEGISTLATURE/EXECUTIVES/JUDICIARY OR THE BUREAUCRACY ALL ARE THE SAME. The moment they occupy the seat of power they forget everything except how to make money. If the newly elected BJP govt. is sincere in it thoughts and actions then they got to establish BJP public grievances cell in each constituencies to get people grievances solved. People have small small problems which needs to be solved on prority basis as they do not have time to run after thses works - because they are hand to mouth which Authorities fail to understand as they are flooded with plenty. Todays politicians are become not only Maha Rajas but Maha Maharajas ( SAMRATS EMPIRES). It is so because we people give them more respect then they deserve to be and thats the reasons they sit on your heads and start dictating terms to you. They have time for foreing junkets but no time to visit their constituencies and look into public grievances and get them solved. WISH YOU GOOD LUCK IN YOUR ENDEAVOUR - BEST OF LUCK TO YOU & YOUR TEAM. more
