Stray Dogs

I think this circle is for people who want to address stray dog menace. It seems some animal activists have joined in (who think stray doge should e everywhere including outside parliamaent) I suggest these folks start their own circle like SAVE DOGS or something. more

I think it is only fair that Ms Pragnya be allowed to offer her suggestions to solve the problems faced by residents. It is upto the residents to decide if the solutions make sense to them or not. However permitting her to forward constructive suggestions should be allowed. more

may be reason that We r only writing and I not understand you ie ur meaning meanwhile I talk to RAW they show me a bunch of letter (File) written to diff authority. Now I have file RTI for information on How and what the plan Govt of India to these stray animal. As they are our part, we can not extract then in any inhuman way. they are speech less its our collective responsibility how we keep them so that Human Death one happened and menace could not be created. more
