Monkey Menace

Because of a few tall trees next to our building, the monkeys have made our roof their abode. The big ones are very aggressive and it is very risky to venture out to the terrace at times, when the monkeys are around. There has to be some way out. more

I have already said it in one of my earlier posts. Monkeys are not to blame because we have encroached upon their abodes by large scale construction even on hills and forests. Having said this, it is surely a menace in residential areas. Municipal authorities have to catch them and relocate them where they are comfortable and have enough to eat. Langur is only a limited solution. more
DLF Authorities Had A Langur (Pawan) WIth Its Trainer For Sometime To Counter Monkeys Menace In Dlf City I Which Stands Withdrawn For Unknown Reasons ! Perhaps A Langur Alone Could Not Cope Up With The Problem ! more
All said and done about authorities' act. But or immediete releif, catch hold of a LANGUR Trainer. Langur movement and its smell keeps monkeys away. A lot of releife has been done to our colony by RWA having hired one who makes LANGUR move in colony once a month or so. Authorities can be taken up in the meanwhile. more
Dear Mr.Samarjit Your Problem Is Our Problem ! Without Municipal Authorities Help There Is No Way Out ! Meanwhile The Residents May Arrange For Pruning Of Tall Trees By Horticulture Department ! more
The religious practice of feeding them must be banned. The monkeys should be nuitered, so that their population is kept under check. They should be caught and relocated to forest reserves which is their natural habitat. more
