STRAY DOG MENACE IN INDIA
I had written to CM Delhi; CM-NOIDA, NA in this connection. Here is the response I have received. I request all who think it is a menace to do the same:

Yes i received aspeed post letter from MCD that they have started visiting the sites and picking up dogs for sterilization and they will send them back. But problem still persist as now dogs moves in 5-7 no's and its difficult to move out alone more
