Stray Dog Menace
Hon'ble H.C.is hearing a PIL Filed by Adv. S.K.Singh, seeking direction to Authorities,for stray dogs- menace,and take proper steps.The Hon'ble HC has taken note of Dog's menace, issued notice to Delhi Govt.,also NDMC,trifurcated MCD's about the steps taken,incl. sterlization etc, in their area,in this regard.
We may request localcircles, jointly, take up the issue to get rid of this menace at the earliest. more

Mr. Garg in my view there is a big difference between human beings and dogs and there is no way that the two can be equated. Please understand this fundamental difference in our thinking. Killing criminals or any other human is something intolerable and I find your equating dogs and humans senseless and distasteful. As regards the extremist issue I have not advocated illegal or violent actions. I am creating opinion for change of a bad law and not for breaking the law. I believe that even a bad law needs to be obeyed so there is no question of any illegality on my part. I am also not supporting violence when I say that the state should go in for culling if necessary. If I say that a system has failed after being tried for 20 years and needs to be replaced with one which is on par with international norms how is that extremism. No country other than India allows this kind of stray nuisance. I am saying lets do what the civilised word is doing. Are you saying that he whole of Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, Other Asian and African countries are extremists. Please name the countries other than India which follow this absurd system of catching, sterilising and releasing in the same area. I feel that our country needs to move forward, from the absurd ideas which dog lovers have imposed on us, and adopt accepted international norms. Once again please remember that Dogs are not equal to humans as far as I am concerned. more
