Corruption , non accountability and political patronage to illegal constructions are the root causes of this mess. I do not forsee any solution in near future. more

Dear Harsimran All this is man made disaster. Nature had created natural solutions to all such calamities. What we did is that we created obstacles to nature’s solution by raising high rise buildings with least attention to drainage for both civic waste and storm water. Whatever underground provisions have been built, all those are so little for the unplanned population growth besides all choked with plastics and slits. This is just the beginning. I guess situation will be much worst in the very near future. more
