SOLUTION FOR DOG MENANCE

All the dogs should be given an identification number colony wise,
We should contribute for their sterilisation operations to limit their population & a record kept in a register,
We can contribute for their vaccination so that there is no need of vaccination in case of a bite.
Should be differently coloured for easy identification in case of a bite so that it can be traced &number of anti rabies vaccine is reduced more

If we manage to create harmony with the dogs in our circles..we can eradicate dog bites for sure.. We have done that in our university during or last yeas of college..and there have been no dog bites there for a long time..maybe 2-3 years..It more about executing a plan and not crib it being ineffective...execution makes all the difference..! more

Very good suggestion to control the unwanted population of stray animals as useful for human in every way. And also stray animal get proper feeding and protection from various way. as per wild animal act, a local authorities are require to take initiative as per wild animal act. if any feedback required they can get cooperation from localities as their action deemed fit in this regard.
