Social startup - key considerations

I am working in multi national company in Delhi. I am thinking of doing something for visually challenged people along with three colleagues. We are intending to fill the gap between skilled/semi-skilled visually impaired and Industry/ individual customers. We are creating a website to meet this need. My query is regarding registering our company. I would like to know what type of Company we need to create and how to register it. more

Dear Seema, i appreciate you and your colleagues intentions on doing something for visually challenged people. please visit 8 to 10 NGOs who are helping Visually challenge people. Then you will have a good idea about what exactly innovative solutions you can provide to them. Website you are creating need to be ADA compliant.
