SME's take part in start up
many SME can not do any thing because of-
1.lower level bureaucrats do not extend any help to remove bottleneck if any.
2.corruption is still going on in lower level govt. officials/bureaucrats
3.financing from banks is having still old rules.
suggestions-
state govt. should make team in district level. they should call old SME and solve all bottlenecks including finance from bank as single window. more

Thank you Mr Kaushikk, It was pleasure talking to you. I only expressed my feelings and experiences of hardships we face every day. Instead of supporting and trusting each other, cutting operational costs, making finance and other facilities easily available; the governments and the bureaucracy is busy making life difficult and expansive. I could not agree more. True, the government is expecting a lot from citizens, particularly from small business, aspiring industrialists. The cost of compliance is several folds. At small faults, little delays in filing returns punishments are applied. There is little business. Every one is after it. The bureaucracy is at its worst. The banks expect true alignment to the commitments. Every one is greedy, the banks, the tax men, the government. The bureaucracy, the legal system is sluggish, little help, merit hardly matters. All banks these days operate only through agents. Today's report 100,000 Lakh Crore additional loans are NPA last year. The loans are available through commission agents only to preferred. Business is as bad as "traffic". A lot of Chaos? more

Yes I agree. For new startups in the IT software product space the bank thinks they are not part of the schemes announced by the govt. If Software brings revenues to India and India wants to have more product companies and banks refuse to fund those wanting to establish software product companies without collateral how can it work. Please advise way forward. SME is always on the war foot basis to get the business. Only tact and smart business minded personnel get the business. Side by side also put the complain to RTI, utilize social media indirectly or approach someone to connect with social media, meeting with similar business people and competitor on friendly sake to get solution for present problem solving. more

The Govt and banks intention is only to promote big sectors____big advance___big kickbacks---- big rightofff---- but less work in banks That is why the rural small sectors are ignored silently more
