It all happen due to connivance of govt official state controllers and the politician..then the consumer have to suffer, nobody listen to him even the affected consumer.. more

Yes we too had bad experience. His arrogance is due to his good business. We purchased dry appricots and found live insects when these were served. more

Date or not, most of this company's food preparations are indifferently made (from my experience in Gurgaon). Too bad, they have a huge variety, but taste leaves a lot to be desired (my opinion) more

@श्री satish gupta ji I agree the complaint is the prerequisite for taking any action. Suo motto action seems to be difficult because of several reasons. It is also a fact that actions are not taken even on complaints. We jointly need to ensure by hook or crook to compell officials to take action else the generations would continue to bear the brunt of corruption. State controllers of legal metrology are concerned authorities to take action in the stated issue. more

Dear All, once there is a legislation to issue receipt against each sale, then why the Govt machinery does not act. What does it mean? Who stops? Shopkeepers have their union with their Presidents, Secretaries etc who are in direct contact with the authorities to manage all violations. If public projects such issues, Govt. asks to file a complaint and pursue which is an unending process. The complainant is harassed. I do not know about this forum too, what is the use of this. Is it for venting out the annoyance or something else. No feedback to the members is given back. Best of Luck, May we get better selfless politicians. more
