none of the administrators who are lucky to get into govt seats have practical field experience and they are not aware of the strains of small entrepreneurs. They always imagine that any entrepreneurs means big people with deep pockets and they have all paraphernalia like advocates and auditors and consultants. i have to repeat my old story for the benefit of people who are first time viewers of my comments.
In Dehradoon there is a public school meant for people like Rajiv gandhi . One day the class teacher asked the students to write on poverty. the teacher was stunned as the answer was same with all students.
Students wrote " In india there is a small village. One poor man lived there. He was poor his wife was poor his driver was poor his gardener was poor his butler was poor all his sentries were poor.
Take the GST. some of the brilliant brains of the country were put into work. In the big name of uniformity they drafted the GST return form applicable from 1000 of Crores TATA and Ambanis to last entrepreneur who struggles to eke out a living. They could not device simple forms based on turn over. The forms are farr from user friendly and are carefully designed to be auditor friendly. more

Unfortunately as many such mails are being put under Bulk mail by my Mail app in windows 10, I am seeing it only today while cleaning it! Openly let me admit is: Though I am very impressed with our govt from the time it changed from Congress one, I am damn sad and surprised to see this and a few more acts continue the same way as was happening earlier! WHY? Whom do we write to? Let me also put here my suggestion, which I am sure NONE, not only in the govt, but also here, would not have read at all. What we need is a new ministry titled as COORDINATION MINISTRY! With all facilities like a separate office with everything starting with its own secretary. The Job? To watch every ministry's ALL actions and look for any clash between ministries. Immediately call concerned minister to clerk and to sort it out before it reaches the citizens. All OK now after some decades? Let this ministry continue Keep studying old, unwanted, complicated, contradictory laws or rules all over. And keep rectifying. Can we have something similar from the present set up? As the modern saying goes, (I don't subscribe to that)..................... THINK OUT OF THE BOX! more

90% of enterpreneurs are non serious and want immidiate prosperty and having lack of skills /experience. our babus are so smart they are having skills to crop millions of weavers for distribution of subsidy , or having a skill to motivate the handloom weavers not able to purchase simple handloom but has to put auto assessories costing more then a lac, this is my experience in the field ,other field also act like this. We are now habitual in data game manupulation, non serious about real work. more

Can someone tell Govt to get these forms made by a common man.The problem is all Politicians & Babus think & they are in wrong impression that they know everything whereas they are not at all knowledgeable.Unless this is corrected we will be getting all stupid forms to fill up everywhere more

Babus cannot think of ground realities one face doing business. I don't live in India but am aware of the problems because I have experience in doing business there. I cannot understand why GST should be so complicated. Here, it is very easy and I do GST for my business and forms here are very easy. You report what you collected and what you paid. The difference determines whether you get a refund or pay. We need better governance that makes lives easier. more

Last year I ended my professional life doing medium size business for over 35 years. No regrets...it was like playing KABBADI all along...🙂 more
