Severe pain in upper left back and shoulder
As a result of carrying our 2 year old for excessively long periods last weekend.

I can share my experience when I had extremely bad pain in my left hand's second finger. It is good you know the reason. It is advisable not to do that activity for some days till the time you get better. In my case it was continuous use of (Alt+ Tab key, both the keys simultaneously), That was putting pressure on my second finger, I was conti..switching between the windows for some office work. My finger was paining, swelling and it was red. Physio could not work in my case as I was not able to move my finger. It was bad pain. I consulted doctor Yuvraj Sharma, Orthopedic, in 'Avantika Hospital' Indirapuram. very good doctor. It took 3 days to get 100% relief. Hope this helps. more

take hot pack now as the pain has become chronic now, along with Ibuprofen and volini gel application. more
