Seed Funding for Entrepreneurs

Can entrepreneurs who have raised seed capital and investors who give seed capital share what is that is looked for. What are the common sources of seed capital in India. I am seeking this information for my husbands new venture that brings tech, retail and medical together in a new way. more

Dear Mes.Chabra, You may Try Unitus Seed Funds for your husbands project for his seed money. You may open the website, go through the contents, understand what Unitus is looking for in projects and compare it with your objectives. If your husbands projects matches what Unitus is looking for and if Unitus Terms match what your husband is looking for, then you can go ahead and contact Unitus for Seed Funding. Instead of seed capital it would be better you take bank loan because for small investment, cost of private seed capital funds would be much higher and also they would be sharing partnership secondly the time & cost of govt schemes is much higher on both sides. Only problem is that you would have to bear the risk of business & loan more

Mr Sikha ji has a good idea to help society to venture in to investments in cloud funding is just lie the Cooperatives, First we have to know the terms & conditions and the risks involved in the investment get lost, is it equity, share, Bonus or profit, Credibility of the firm in which we have to put our money. All these to be broad cast to solicit participation. more
