Searching Core Team Members to nurture an Idea
Hi,
I have a start up idea but alone I can not implement it successfully. so for that I am searching a core team, includes 1. Field Officers ( for Vasundhara, Vaishali and Indrapuram) initially one in number (preferred male with own conveyance) 2. Accountant one in number ( Male/Female) 3. Call attendant/ website updater one in number - preferred female 4. Field staff - one in number (preferred male with own conveyance) 5. IT professional ( Male or Female )
I want this core team help me in execution of idea and after successful execution this team spread the business PAN India.
Now if we speak about the salary than it's not fixed as my idea is in a very initial stage, I can say if we work hard together and successfully implement the idea than Money and Reputation is not an issue.
This team can work part time and can decide there own future action based on the progress of plan any one can left the team if not comfortable.
The quality I want from my team is - 1. Honest to each other 2. Strong Positive attitude 3. Highly Responsible 4. Good Coordination with each other 5. Highly energetic.
My Idea is based on E-Commerce and Social Networking.
I believe in one thing No matter if we don't have money, but if we have an Idea and a strong team together than we can achieve any thing.
Investor is also welcome.

Dear Praveen Please inform whether you can relax the qualification for field officer as there may be many retired officers who have vast experience of 30 to 40 years of job. more

Idea should be Practical in Nature and should have any Banner or Name also.Idea is a Mantle Step up and has no assurance of Effectiveness.Business is a Establishment and then Idea comes in nature. more

Thanks for reply, except field staff other members should have qualifications as per requirement like Field officer should be MBA experience 1 to 5 yr, Accountant should be B.Com and have enough knowledge of account related jobs including Taxation. Call attendant and website updater should be graduate and should have graphic designing knowledge. Field staff should be 12th pass. for IT professional I required some person who have fair knowledge about software development and maintenance. This will be a basic team and can be work part time but I require frequent meetings for project progress discussion and planning the future course of action. Local candidate is preferable. more

Dear Praveen, If you can list the minimum qualification/experience required for each of your opening and if you are OK for the person to work from home then I can probably find at least one person for you. Please let me know. more
