RWA corruption
This is not a favorite topic for anyone but I am eager to know how Bad RWA officials engage in corrupt activities and what can be done by residents to ensure there money, rights or interests are not being compromised. I have not been in RWA office myself ever but lot of people seem to be very keen. more

Ask management to Call for spl General Body Meeting by getting signature of 1/6th members and pass no confidence motion. Such corrupt persons are to be thrown out but some body has to do lot of hard work. We did the same thing in our society. more

First action: Encourage and elect persons of known integrity to RWA boards. Second action: Frame rules for conduct of financial business of RWAs. Most RWAs don't have any rules/ procedures for conduct of financial business. more

It has been found that most of the people come forward to be office bearers of RWA just for their vested interest. Compromising with the Builders and Promoters in construction of Builders' apartment allowing illegal constructions at their locality. As a result neighbours suffer from illegal sewer connections causing blockages. more
