I think the most important point is to Act and Make Others Act, whatever party of institution they belong to. That has been one of the key initiatives of AAP as well. They not only drove themselves but the entire Political fraternity into action. more
I appreciate the views of Mr. Sachdeva. I myself have been victim twice. Once in childhood when I had to be vaccinated and second time recently. But somehow escaped teeth insertion during bite due to thick trousers . When I have been objecting earlier, there were some residents in the block who talked of animal rights forgetting that human rights are above animal rights. Complaints lodged with MCD are not at all effective as they come and give some injection and leave them there to avoid protests by animal rights activists. How to convince them is a difficulty task. Perhaps, some law will be required for self-protection again such stray dogs and self-proclaimed protagonists animal rights.

Dear Friends

I am keen to get in touch with somebody who can help tap these dogs. Hence, if any of the Circle members know somebody in MCD or SPCA who can help clear off the menace, it would be great. Let us get into action. more
