relation between pollution in Delhi AND collusion of landscamsters
It is a fact that with rapid urbanization we will see 50 percent of Indian population living in cities / towns by 2030 . It happens all developing nations . We have to accept it . But the biggest problem would be increasing pollution levels .
Delhi is a land locked city and hence the pollution is a big issue. The planners of Delhi has thought of keeping a green belt on outer periphery of Delhi since very beginning . In fact the master plan of 2021 has it .But the greens fell target to greed of the politicians and builder mafia.
Instead of densifying the existing residential areas , they thought of a plan to engulp the outer green in name of urbanisation.
They planned to density the outer green by changing the norms of farmhouses into a policy called ONE ACRE policy . We need to stop this at any cost . This policy will lead to pollution , hafazard growth , long transport snarls , loss of green , and huge windfall for the politicians who are well invested in this .Infact they devised another policy called LAND POOLING , but thankfully they did not cover the OUTER GREENS but only the OUTER RURAL areas . That too will bring them huge windfall , but the policy of ONE ACRE FARM will kill all the greens.
This government should selve the ONE ACRE FARM POLICY immediatly . And income tax dept be asked to scutinised all land deals for more than 5 acres in last 10 years to bring out the actual beneficiaries. more

yes Capital of India should be in Nagpur....near the CG. Parliament Sessions should be held in many places in India....in lesser known places. MPs should see India and the people should see the MPs...who runs the country. more

I do not know how far we can win this fight, since all of us are so engrossed in our life that we really don't care something unless it disturbs our own tranquility. I feel one of the best solution to decongest Delhi could be, moving out National Capital from this city. more
