Reduce corruption and help closed units to revive

Ministry of Corporate should fix the amount of revival of strike off company name by charging them penalty only of Rs 100,000 and revive company name ,no other declaration or form filing

In case of DIN disqualified director should pay fine of Rs 5000 to revive DIN

This will help in saving time of litigation, and entrepreneur will spend time in innovation and business development.

PM Modi will be surprised to see experienced technocrats spending more time in developing nation then going through litigation. It is best way to reduce corruption in ROC and streamlining business on line.

A simplified life is more productive then complicated laws enacted to increase corporate corruption as well need less governance. more
