Still transfer to VECC Kolkata from BARC Trombay Mumbai not materialized. Its now nearly one year since recommended transfer application submission. Earlier transfer application seeking transfer to VECC Kolkata was rejected due to functional reasons(details of which not disclosed) was two years prior to current transfer application. Administrative staffs convey the transfer status as 'in process '. Transfer application reportedly moved from recruitment to establishment concerned and status conveyed as 'sent to higher up ' and said staffs express inability to expedite from the higher up ends - seems to lack authorization to support transfer process being expedited. This is found to allow undesirable elements to emerge at hometown - Kolkata, that includes needless/avoidable expenses to rise (including in terms of health impacts and service life remaining before retirement). Undesirable elements include something that is required but given just opposite, for example South facing given when requirement is for North facing. Appears to allow take advantage of not yet transferred to Kolkata from Mumbai. more

Developer 's sole intention appears to be to sell. Since the property is kolkata based and transfer to VECC Kolkata not realized on an expedited basis, more details about the property may be raised on non- transparent basis that may not work to purchaser's benefits, in fact may cause health issues and unsuspicious entries. WBRERA approved residential projects are consumer interest protected and the residential project is shown to be WBRERA approved with reference numbers. more

Still transfer to VECC Kolkata not realized. Now its nearing one year since recommended transfer application seeking transfer to VECC Kolkata submitted. Recently undertaking sought on transfer to VECC Kolkata and here transfer application date is shown about six months from now. Transparency on grounds for doing this not shown - too much delay that can have adverse impacts,including on health. Advantages( since transfer to VECC Kolkata not realized and in person visit difficult) can also be taken on property ownership by changing direction of entry to the property which is different from that when booked and entered into agreement for availing home loan. Some of the directions of entry are not Vaastu compliant. Does such entry to properties represent waste that can potentially reduce Vaastu compliant entry based properties? What could be developers' intention? more

Still transfer from BARC Trombay Mumbai to VECC Kolkata (both are DAE units - one located in Mumbai and other in Kolkata) not materialized - its now about a year since transfer application submission. However particle accelerator related theme meeting in Kolkata unit of DAE commences. Attachment may be referred for details. more

Still no transfer order issued for the transfer request seeking transfer to VECC Kolkata even after more than 10months of transfer application submission with recommendation for transfer to VECC from BARC, Mumbai,but Director BARC, Mumbai gets service extension order. more
