No formal transfer order yet issued - now it is more than one year since recommended transfer application submitted in applicable format. more

No timeline is found to have been fixed for transfer materialization from BARC Trombay Mumbai to VECC Kolkata, both are DAE units under government of India. Not fixing timeline represents fulfilling which compliance measures is not known. It seems competent authority is in a dilemma whether ground for transfer materialization should be (1) for promotions or (2) on personal ground, if any or (3) to hold in BARC Trombay (by keeping away from work for no fault from transfer applicant's end,who is also an employee in scientific officer/engineer capacity and from BARC training school (OCEP-Cryogenics) and recruited in 1992. Now it is almost a year since recommended transfer application submitted. Hometown being Kolkata (W. B.), potential loss of voting right may also result due to transfer not yet materialized in the forthcoming election in the state of W. B. more

Still transfer to VECC Kolkata from BARC Trombay Mumbai not materialized, even though both are DAE units under government of India. While the transfer application conveyed to be in process in BARC Trombay, VECC Kolkata gets its new Director following retirement of earlier director. Now it is almost a year since recommended transfer application was submitted. Kept out of domain of work for no fault from my end at BARC Trombay. Ground strong enough seems to exists so that "no work no pay" doesn't apply. Pay and allowances not drawn at higher Level Pay (SO/H or above) as many others. Transfer not yet materialized has also contributed to allow maintenance at hometown (Kolkata) based property to suffer with impacts not so good in further investment in property in Kolkata (W. B.). more

Still transfer to VECC Kolkata from BARC Trombay Mumbai not materialized. Its now nearly one year since recommended transfer application submission. Earlier transfer application seeking transfer to VECC Kolkata was rejected due to functional reasons(details of which not disclosed) was two years prior to current transfer application. Administrative staffs convey the transfer status as 'in process '. Transfer application reportedly moved from recruitment to establishment concerned and status conveyed as 'sent to higher up ' and said staffs express inability to expedite from the higher up ends - seems to lack authorization to support transfer process being expedited. This is found to allow undesirable elements to emerge at hometown - Kolkata, that includes needless/avoidable expenses to rise (including in terms of health impacts and service life remaining before retirement). Undesirable elements include something that is required but given just opposite, for example South facing given when requirement is for North facing. Appears to allow take advantage of not yet transferred to Kolkata from Mumbai. more
