Because Central Govt.has imposed Swatch Bharat Cess fetching REVENUE in at least 1000 Crores.I don't know where this funds R utilised.Govt.Offices R also not clean nor office surroundings.Every where spittings,files full of dust,officials with faded awareness of cleanliness.Municipal failure to implement strict rules for garbage n waste lifting,burning of waste on roadside,improper or no facilities of toilets at public places n midfield tehsil n district places, public n government undertakings like MSRTC giving contracts of toilets etc.with inadequate water and cleaning supervision on them, the waste n garbage in bus stand premises, unclean bus plying, improper n delayed lifting of waste by municipal authorities, lack of awareness of public at large,slum areas n lack of housing to the worker class publics.For example When I see Aurangabad area,the municipal corporation is not attentive for lifting daily waste, d ward wise solid waste n other waste separation , lack of toilets at public places, gardens not having toilet arrangements, d garden waste burning I/o making organic fertiliser, hotels n vegetables hawkers created waste n much more R d reasons.If I suggest something it will be considered at public cost I/o utilisation of available resources with best awareness.Recently,when Chief minister Shri.Devendra Phadanvis on 27th August visited at BJP District Chief' Residence (Mr.Eknath Jadhav) I was willing to put forth this issue before him for serious attention but even being BJP karyakarta n neighbour of District Chief,I couldn't enjoy opportunity nor I hope in future because in BJP also there is no awareness except fetching n ditching real Karyakartas.Of course,as a naturalist I expect not only Govt. even we should also participate actively as self-help group.Nothing good will happen unless we d citizens act with self-esteem n self awareness.If we expect everything from Govt.officers n authorities ? Will happen is hike in taxes n strictures on public only.Best example may be of Traffic Rules made for bike riders in absence of good roads n imposed helmet compulsions despite of poor roads in city n highways made compulsory as announced by Hon'ble Diwakarji Rawte I/o improving roads n exception is each traffic policeman given target to penalise 20 per day.सब कुछ अंधाधुँध,अंधेर नगरी चाैफेर राजा। जनता चाहे कुछ भी बोलो,शासन का अनुशासन कुछ न होगा। लेकीन लोकतंत्र में जनता के नाम पर ऱाजकर्मीयोंका वेतन और ऩगरसेवक,आमतौर आमदार एवं खासदार के वेतनमान बढ़ोतरी बहुत आसान चाहे जनता की कितनी क्यों आलोचना हो। यह हैं महाराष्ट्र तथा भारत सरकार की पुरानी रिती। बदलना है तो जनता को बदलना जरूरी है। more
