Rate hike In Property Prices.
Dont forget that the BJP already has a majority in the Municipal Corporations. The one thing that has happened for Ache Din is the price rise.
When there is no functioning elected Government in Delhi, is it ethical to increase the Circle rates ? The Lt. Gov. is not elected by the people. He must be really smart, knowing how to play his cards. 7 Governors have been removed, but he stayed on to do the bidding of His Masters Voice.
It is really sad that the people have no say , in matters that concern their daily lives .I had a lot of respect for the Lt. Governor, but now I feel he is simply playing Politics and put his conscience to sleep.
Pay more if you want a roof over your head, this is the way for housing for all. After all it is the collective duty of the citizens to pay for the misdeeds of those that Govern us. more

Dr Rajender Sharmaji, SC's verdict says that what CAG in its report mentioned earlier "our country lost Rs 186000 crore in coal block allotment scam between 1993.and 2009 at will. 214 coal block allotment cancelled out of 218. Quite a large number of these coal blocks r in BJP ruled states. Free loot of Rs 186000 crore of natural resources of our country by BJP & Congress together. But BJP is not going to black list these companies, who got coal blocks allotted by illegal means. At last agitation by AK/AAP in 20012 regarding this scam has finally yielded result. We r thankful to them for exposing BJP & Congress. But Sharmaji will say nothing wrong done by BJP, in looting the country,when prices in every sphere are sky-rocketing, let the people bear the consequence of this loot also by BJP/Cong. In Delhi generally price hike of property are related to property dealers because they take 2-3% of that property amount. But they never say to buyer that it is your circle rate. & by this you are going to purchase/sell the property. Secondly today life is too much busy and tension able that people didn't see the circle rate of the property. He only see the property prices. And when the competitor came he suddenly increase the property without any intimate to anyone. Regarding the circle rate govt never issued /publish the circle rate of the property in the newspaper. So mostly people don't know about them. People also donot know that whether this circular is authentic or not & the concerned people have the right or not. Because people did not thought. They thought when everyone is paying then you should pay. This causes property prices are hiking &difficult to take a roof over our head. more

It shows that our Lt Governor is without any independent conscience. He is acting/dancing on the signals of his head bosses. Our constitution never permit to dance/act on the will of others. One has brain, power, position and power to decide, why he/she is not deciding as per rule/provision best for the public/area/nation. If he/she is not deciding independently then it is insult of the constitution. As per our holy books, if someone goes to else for his/her safety of life and if that person decide to safeguard him/her (one who comes for safety) after keeping in mind the loss/profit/gain for himself/herself, decide to accept/reject his/her prayer, it will be sin to see his/her face. So he should decide as per wishes of people and not as per wishes of his boss to remain on the chair. The chair is artificial, which can be changed/destroyed/obtained and decision is to remain far ever, become history like not helping the braves/martyrdom Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, and Sukhdev by .our leaders of then congress (Mahatama Gandhi and Jawahar Lal Nehru). Now whole world remember that braves and curse these politicians/leaders who refused to help them and to save their valuable lives by thinking that they could challenge them. more

The increase in circle rates seems to be jusified in every respect. In this case one time payment has to be made. When prices in every sphere are sky-rocketing rise in circle rates is value based. In big deals as in case of property, such issues do not matter. For running the government, the revenue has to come from public. It would have been better if Aruna had pleaded for some cut in government expenditure. more

Aruna ji, i beg to differ in the matter of the increase in Circle rates. Why should people not pay taxes on the real value of the property. As the prices stand, the circle rates are by and large still less than 2/3rd of the actual rates. market rates of the property are boosted by the clan of property dealers who manipulate the market by sales to each other and are sustaining it thru black money which can best be parked in the property market. Government is on the right path. It however needs to rationalize the categorisation of the colonies based on the real values there-in. Let our discussions be issue base rather than on political leanings. more
